These terms govern your use of the B N Lux Ride website and booking service, operated by B N Cargo LLC. This is a general template — please have it reviewed by a legal professional before relying on it.

Bookings & quotes

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only once we contact you to accept it and provide a quote. Rates depend on distance, duration, timing and service type.

Cancellations

Please notify us as early as possible if your plans change. Specific cancellation and no-show terms will be communicated when your reservation is confirmed.

Conduct & safety

Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and the lawful instructions of the chauffeur. We reserve the right to refuse or end service for unsafe or unlawful conduct.

Liability

We strive for punctual, reliable service but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, flight changes, etc.).
